Massachusetts a magnet for federal funding

The Patrick-Murray Administration partnered with The Boston Foundation on Thursday, May 29th to kick off the Foundation's FY2011 John LaWare Leadership Forum series, which will focus on job growth and long term economic prosperity.

This first in the series, held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, explored the most collaborative and innovative opportunities for Massachusetts to compete for and leverage federal funds. Speakers included Doug Borchard of New Profit, Undersecretary of Housing and Community Develoment Tina Brooks, and Sarah Slaughter of MIT.
